Genetics & Genomics is an international, peer-reviewed, and open access journal. Genetics is the study of genetic variations and heredity in living organisms that includes genes and epigenetics. Human genetics of both single gene disorders and complex traits, development of genomic technologies, cancer biology, development biology, signaling transduction, cell biology, stem cell biology, evolutionary and population genetics, and bioinformatics. Research in genetics and genomics can help develop new interventions and technologies to advance modern medicine.
Genetics & Genomics aims to publish breakthrough research that provide insight into the novel interventions, techniques, or mechanisms to leverage genetic and genomic therapies in the treatment of complex diseases. With the changing health care, it is imperative to have genetic and genomic tools for precision medicine.
