This is a new, open access, peer-reviewed international journal and currently accepting articles for publication covered under the scope of this journal. Please review Aims and Scope for the journal to learn more. Initial editorial decision including peer-review comments will be provided within 15 days after first draft submission.
Students are encouraged to submit their research for publication. We are currently offering waivers for publication, based on the availability of funds. Waivers are also available for researchers from low and middle income countries. Please review our Editorial Policies and Article Processing for applicable publication fees. All articles will be indexed and archived after five articles, according to our Indexing and Archiving Policies.
Infectious Disease Research is an international, peer-reviewed, and open access journal with a focus on diseases of bacterial, viral and parasitic origin. The journal aims to publish cutting-edge interdisciplinary research that spans across basic science, clinical medicine, and public health in the field of microbiology, immunology, epidemiology, and related disciplines. The journal accepts articles that describe research on on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious diseases as well as antibiotics and resistance.
